Though,there are different names of flaxseed like Alsi,Linseeds,Tissi,virai.Today ,we talk about its consumption when and how to have flaxseeds for health benefits in our diet. Many people consume it but they don't know how to consume it what is the right way of its consumotion and how to take its right amount for consuming. First we must know it's nutritional values:

Flaxseeds benefits :
1)high source of fiber about 60 to 80 percent solube and 20 to 40 percent insoluble it never does constipation.

We have also observed that when flaxseeds put in simple water then get it slightly texture because of its laxative properties. There are two types of aminue acid one is brutamine and an other is arjalin. Both of them good for heart and support immunity system. Flaxseeds are the richest good source of omega 3 fatty acid for our brain ,nervous system, bones and for our mood. It has richest source of Alpha Linoleic acid which reduces inflammation and bad cholesterol. It is rich in lignans which is plant compound,antioxidant and phytoestrogen ,it is similar to female estrogen. It has bad side effects for thyroid patients. Flaxseeds have plant compound called giatrogen . Thyroid patients should avoid to consume it ,because flaxseeds have couple of types that's not make it good the first of phytic acid which is outer layer of flaxseeds it blocks many nutrients in body and restrict absorption of nutrients like iron,zinc,calcium, iodine, copper etc. It hinders of absorption and an other type which may affect to thyroid patients. Glycoside and Cynogenic,they basically bind with sulphur compound in the body to form thiocyanates that may affect function of thyroid negatively and impair thyroid glands. Everyone needs to do couple of things in these way to keep it in mind never use flaxseeds in row but always have to roast them in powder form slightly. Phytic acid is heat sensitive and also avoid consuming in large amount. It will finish its side effects.
How to consume flaxseeds :
They slightly roast and have in powder form then store in jar for 10 to 15 days not for long time .one may store in fridge.
How to include in your diet. As beginner start with 1/2 tbsp to 1 tsp and gradually increase its quantity about 1 to 2 tbsp not more than 2 ,(maximum in a day 4 tbsp utmost ) it is consumed in sprouted form it reduce phytic acid for hormonal balance. it is the best if one takes in winter seasons and reduce consumption in summer season its nature is dry,warm and heavy. It may be used in many ways but the best way to consume it with fat like oatmeal with milk, granola,pinni,ladoos,energy bars,dahi,chaj, soup,dal,salaad etc. Many people take them with water but that's not one of good healthy method. It never digests as if it passes out and also absorbe, it is completely waste.
Note:when you consume it ,always increase increase your water consumption to avoid the side effects. It always absorb water in your body because of high quality fiber that's not get help in constipation.
Possible side effects :
1)Avoid during pregnancy because of allergies,wheezing, swelling, rashes,mouth ulcer,if it is used excess may lead to bloating gas,cramps, abdominal pain so you are having cramps so need to reduce its portion .
2)Avoid if you're on blood thinning medication aspirin etc
3)Never heat flax oil because it will turn into toxic due to change in fat structure make sure to never heat the oil its properties change into negative side effects
4)Avoid during heavy periods
